Bring the basics
Share your city and province, property type, room list, approximate area, current flooring and desired timing. Identify stairs, access restrictions, condo approvals, radiant heating and known moisture concerns. Label approximate measurements clearly.
Specify the product
Record the manufacturer, collection, SKU, colour, method, coverage per carton and proposed carton count. Ask who verifies site dimensions, allows for cuts and orders replacement cartons if needed.
Get the scope on paper
List removal, disposal, furniture, preparation, moisture work, installation, trims, transitions, delivery and tax. State which amounts are fixed and which depend on site inspection. Keep exclusions, warranty responsibilities and change approval arrangements visible.
Use your studio brief
Download or print the floor-studio brief, then attach its quantities to your HAUSE enquiry using the studio button. A request invites review; availability, service arrangements and final pricing are confirmed for the location.
Bring it back to your space.
Keep approximate measurements, product details and open questions together. HAUSE can review your location and project scope.
